At our five buildings, with over 100,000 square feet of manufacturing space, CPS runs two working shifts and operates nineteen CNC machines, four blow mold machines up to 15-lb shot size, nine injection molding machines up to 1500-Ton, four CMM machines, RIM presses, two SLA-5000 machines, two Viper Si-2 SLA machines, 2 SLS HiQ+HS High Speed 100 Watt Sintersations, two laser cutting machines, CNC Press Brake, Spot Welder, NC Tube Bender, ten-foot shear, and various other equipment to successfully build and run prototype and low-volume production sheet metal and plastic parts and assemblies.
